I am a multi-skilled Senior MarCom professional with over two decades of experience in both physical (also named “Non-Digital”) and digital marketing. Passionate about AI and technology, I have a deep understanding of the current hybrid marketing landscape. As a creative and technologist in Audio Visual Communication, I have honed my skills through extensive training and diverse projects over the years.

Originally from Italy, I have worked with foundations, companies, parties, associations, and artists, handling various aspects of project execution, workforce management, and public relations. With a proven track record in organizing public and private events, as well as media relations and community engagement, I bring a wealth of experience to the table.

Since 2012, I have been based in Thailand and Cambodia, delivering successful projects and staying updated on the latest industry trends. Renowned as a branding and multi-channel communication designer, I have collaborated with international private companies, humanitarian organizations, universities, and ministries. 

Besides my expertise in Eastern languages such as Cambodian and Thai, I have also embarked on studying Chinese, driven by a fascination for its calligraphy. Having lived and worked on-site in various cities across Southeast Asia, including Phuket, Bangkok, Phnom Penh, and Battambang, I have built strong connections with international networks and local communities.

I am currently based in Cambodia, serving as a Senior MarCom Consultant, providing digital and non-digital solutions to companies in the region and globally. Committed to talent development and preparing for future market challenges, I actively engage in initiatives that benefit the local community.

Always attentive to new generation trends, I have completed numerous and heterogeneous projects. 

 

Speaking of personal accomplishments, I take great pride in strategizing, planning, and creating the necessary marketing for the establishment of CamTech University, the first university in Cambodia to focus on promoting innovative faculties such as AI, Robot Automation, Data Science, and more. hence preparing local students for future works .

In particular, CamTech has been committed from the beginning to breaking down the prejudices that many people still hold regarding women’s abilities in scientific and technological fields.

The university has distinguished itself in the highly competitive local market of private universities by launching an advertising campaign that simultaneously served as a campaign for raising awareness about the importance of giving space and trust to young Cambodian women who aspire to pursue STEM careers.

This campaign was crucial to attract the attention of the first cohort of students, unfortunately taking place during the peak of the pandemic. Thanks to the good work done with perfectly balanced communication, which is still in use today, the objectives have been successfully achieved.


As a Senior MarCom woman, I am immensely proud to have supported this significant transition, which is yielding very positive results. I have provided competitive marketing materials and precise visual messages that perfectly align with the university’s mission and target users.

 

WOW! I AM 10 YEARS IN SOUTH EAST ASIA!

As a brief historic of my last 8 years in South East Asia: in the late 2011, I was requested as Multimedia Expert and I relocated from Italy to South of Thailand, in Phuket, which is the hub of Tourism industry in the south side of the country. In the middle of 2012 I founded LADICT Co., Ltd., a Full Integrated Communication Agency where I worked as GM and Multimedia expert. I have led my team to successfully serve several Customers, from Catering and Food & Beverage to International Tour Agencies, from Accommodations to Luxury Real Estate. Legal Consultancy Firms as well as Brand owners have also taken benefits from our experience and specialization. We have provided support for the development and improvement of their Brand reputation as well as for the start-up of their business.
