A solution-driven MarCom professional for hospitality marketing, F&B, multimedia, audiovisual, print, web,
digital, non-digital
and AI-powered marketing.

Cross-functional MarCom and Business Development leader with 20+ years of international experience across strategy, communication, creative production, digital transformation and revenue-oriented marketing. I connect business, branding, technology and growth with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.

My work is shaped by a distinctive multi-industry, multi-country and cross-market perspective, with a clear understanding of Western and Asian marketing, hospitality, F&B and communication needs.

A genuinely cross-functional profile for hospitality, hotelier, F&B, digital, non-digital and AI-powered MarCom strategy.

Current Role: Director of Marketing & Communication, Metadee Concept Hotel
Leading digital and non-digital marketing, brand communication, content strategy, digital visibility, F&B communication, sales collateral, guest-experience touch points and cross-functional initiatives supporting commercial positioning and revenue objectives.

The nature of an independent resort calls for agility within a lean team. In that context, the ability to translate consulting expertise into an in-house, 360-degree MarCom executive role enabled me to support substantial internal communication needs and the digital-development mandate with a structured approach to project management and workflow improvement.

Shortly before stepping into this full-time lifestyle resort experience, I completed one of my most meaningful editorial projects: the end-to-end finalization of SELECT Luxury Guide as Creative Lead and editorial layout designer, developing the publication’s visual structure from scratch and personally shaping the graphic layout through to completion. The result was a luxury publication praised in Phuket for the quality of its visual and editorial contribution to the island’s high-end tourism promotion.

My professional path is rooted in LADICTâ„¢, originally the MarCom name I used to sign and structure my work in advertising design, branding, multimedia production and strategic communication, and today a registered brand and trademark. Through LADICTâ„¢, I built a strong cluster of international consulting experiences, often working as General Manager, Creative Lead, Head of Production or embedded senior advisor with owners, General Managers and executive teams.

Among my personal accomplishments, I am especially proud of having strategized, planned and produced the marketing foundation for CamTech University, the first university in Cambodia focused on future-oriented fields such as AI, robot automation, data science and related disciplines, helping prepare local students for the future of work.

In particular, CamTech has been committed from the beginning to challenging outdated perceptions about women’s abilities in scientific and technological fields.

The university distinguished itself in Cambodia’s highly competitive private education market with an advertising campaign that also raised awareness about the importance of giving space, trust and visibility to young Cambodian women pursuing STEM careers.

The campaign was crucial in attracting the first cohort of students during the peak of the pandemic. Thanks to balanced, mission-aligned communication, the launch objectives were achieved and the visual direction remained relevant over time.

As a senior MarCom professional, I am proud to have supported this meaningful transition with competitive marketing materials and precise visual messages aligned with the university’s mission and audience.

WHAT IS LADICTâ„¢?

Executive Producer, Creative Lead and Managing Partner of LADICTâ„¢, the MarCom platform through which I developed a substantial cluster of strategic, creative and operational consulting experiences across Southeast Asia.

LADICTâ„¢ is a MarCom brand and professional framework founded in Phuket in 2012, built around integrated communication, digital and non-digital strategy, creative production and business-oriented execution.

Over the years, the legal entities and operating models around LADICTâ„¢ have evolved, but the vision has remained consistent. Through LADICTâ„¢, I have undertaken embedded roles as a senior advisor and internal stakeholder, working directly with owners, General Managers and executive teams on marketing strategy, business development, communication systems and revenue-oriented projects.

LADICTâ„¢ is more than a marketing agency label.
It represents a long-term professional platform where I connected strategy with execution, combining creative direction, production management, business development, digital transformation and hands-on MarCom delivery.
This background allows me to move naturally across industries, countries, teams and cultures, transferring insight from one market to another and translating complex business needs into clear positioning, practical systems and communication that supports growth.

Today, LADICTâ„¢ remains part of my professional identity and methodology: a practical way to frame strategic communication, creative production and business development work across different markets and project structures.

14+ YEARS IN SOUTHEAST ASIA

A brief note on my 14+ years in Southeast Asia: in late 2011, I was invited to relocate from Italy to Phuket, Southern Thailand, as a multimedia expert in one of the region’s most active tourism hubs. In 2012, I founded LADICTâ„¢ Co., Ltd., an integrated communication agency where I worked as General Manager, creative lead and multimedia specialist. I led my team in serving a wide range of clients, from catering, food and beverage and international tour operators to accommodations and luxury real estate. Legal firms, brand owners and independent entrepreneurs also benefited from our experience in positioning, communication and business-development support. We supported the development of their brand reputation, market positioning and business launch or growth strategies.
Across these projects, my role was to provide clear thinking, practical execution, innovative ideas and effective marketing and communication solutions connected to real business needs. Feel free to contact me for more information.

BEFORE RELOCATING TO SOUTHEAST ASIA

Before 2012, while based in Italy, I worked for more than 10 years with foundations, companies, political organizations, associations and artists, managing both project execution and coordination as supervisor, team leader and project manager. By clicking here, you can find a list of the main collaborations before the experience in Asia. Reference letters available by request.

Thanks to strong organizational skills, adaptability and a practical execution mindset, I can contribute as a reliable team member, cross-functional coordinator or team leader.
